About the role

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to support Brydge’s deal sourcing, qualification, and sales execution engine. This role sits at the front end of the commercial funnel and is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring clean handover for execution. You will combine outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, sales analytics, and operational discipline to help convert interest into executable trade opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Deal Sourcing ▪ Build and execute outbound sales campaigns using calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and physical visits where required. ▪ Source, enrich, and prioritize leads using tools such as n8n, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Clay, and AI enrichment tools. ▪ Identify and target priority user segments including buyers, suppliers, aggregators, and logistics partners. ▪ Develop prospect lists aligned to Brydge’s priority corridors, products, and trade flows. ▪ Track outreach performance and continuously optimize messaging and sequencing.

  1. Inbound Lead Management

▪ Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from Brydge’s website, referrals, and partnerships and ecosystem channels. ▪ Log, qualify, and route inbound leads according to defined SLAs. ▪ Ensure no lead leakage through structured follow-ups and reminders.

  1. Sales Qualification & Discovery

▪ Conduct qualification and discovery calls with prospects to understand business model and trade activity, transaction flow and volumes, counterparties and corridors, and financing and settlement requirements. ▪ Assess deal viability in collaboration with Credit and Operations teams. ▪ Clearly document client needs, risks, and deal structure in CRM. ▪ Prioritize high-quality, executable opportunities.

  1. CRM & Sales Operations

▪ Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM). ▪ Track pipeline stages, deal status, and next actions. ▪ Generate basic pipeline and activity reports for sales leadership. ▪ Ensure clean data for forecasting, handovers, and performance tracking.

  1. Deal Support & Internal Handover

▪ Work closely with Credit, Operations, Product, and Merchant Success teams to support deal execution after qualification. ▪ Prepare internal deal briefs and summaries for cross-functional review. ▪ Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution with no information gaps. ▪ Support follow-ups during early execution to ensure deal continuity.

  1. Sales Enablement & Collateral Support

▪ Support sales activities by helping prepare pitch decks, proposal letters, company brochures and one-pagers. ▪ Customize sales materials for different user segments and deal types. ▪ Support ad-hoc commercial analysis and client-specific presentations.

Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field. ▪ 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.

▪ Experience in B2B sales, fintech, marketplaces, logistics, or trade-related businesses preferred. ▪ Familiarity with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

▪ Strong communication and persuasion skills. ▪ Comfortable with cold outreach and structured follow-ups. ▪ Ability to quickly understand complex B2B business models and deal flows. ▪ Strong organizational and documentation discipline. ▪ Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. ▪ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage handovers. ▪ High energy, resilience, and ownership mindset. ▪ Comfort working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
